  Name:     isdrive() - check if a drive is ready for access
  Usage:    <logical> = isdrive([<drive>])
  Params:   string <drive> - drive letter to check, optional - If
            none, then the currently logged drive is used
  Returns:  logical .T. if drive is ready, .F. if not or error

                 endif

  Note:     This function sets ferror() if the drive is not ready.
