  Name:     isfixed() - check if drive is a fixed disk
  Usage:    <logical> = isfixed([<drive>])
  Params:   string <drive> - drive letter to check, optional - If
            none, then the currently logged drive is used
  Returns:  logical .T. if <drive> is a fixed disk, .F. if not or error
