  Name:     capfirst() - capitalize first character, lowercase rest
  Usage:    <string> = capfirst(<string>)
  Params:   string <string> - the string to capitalize
  Returns:  a string with the first character of each word
            capitalized, and all the rest lowercase

                 ? capfirst("this is a sTRING")
                 * prints "This Is A String"
