  Function       Places a vertical line in the window using the window line
                 set.
  Syntax         void wlinev( unsigned char row, unsigned char col,
                              char rows );
  Remarks        This routine divides a window using wsline and wndwattr from
                 the top window record.  It provides just a vertical line
                 using part BRDR_VL.  If wndwattr is set to SAMEATTR, then
                 the attributes will remain the same on the screen.  If
                 wsline=NO_BORDER, then the function does nothing.
  Return value   None.
