Function Places a horizontal line in the window using the window line
set.
Syntax void wlineh( unsigned char row, unsigned char col,
unsigned char cols );
Remarks This routine divides a window using wsline and wndwattr from
the top window record. It provides just a horizontal line
using part BRDR_HL. If wndwattr is set to SAMEATTR, then
the attributes will remain the same on the screen. If
wsline=nobrdr, then the function does nothing.
Return value None.
