 _gettextcursor()        Get current cursor shape

 short _gettextcursor(void);

    _gettextcursor() returns the current cursor attribute in text
    modes. It works under both OS/2 and DOS.

    Returns:    The attribute of the (text mode) cursor.

 Portability:   Not supported by the ANSI standard.
