 #include   <graph.h>

 short _far _arc_w(x1, y1, x2, y2, x3, y3, x4, y4);
 double x1, y1; Upper left of bounding rectangle
 double x2, y2; Lower right of bounding rectangle
 double x3, y3; Second point of start vector

    The start vector goes from the center of the bounding rectangle to

    rectangle to (x4, y4). See _arc() for more information.

    Returns: Nonzero value for success; 0 otherwise.
