TIME APPEND AND SET (T)

Purpose: Append time to $0 or set time to contents of $0.

Format:  T {1}

Remarks: T         Append time (day, hour, and minute) to $0.

         {1}       Optional modifier as follows:

                   A         Append current time (year, month, day, hour,
                             and minute) to $0.

                   S         Set time to contents of $0 (ddhhmm).

                   If String
                   in $0 is:           Then:

                   011700              Set time to day 01,
                                       hour 17, and minute 00.

                   Too short           Append zeros.
                   (<6 digits)

                   Too long            Use first 6 digits.
                   (>6 digits)

                   Not numbers         Ignore string; will not
                   or outside          effect time.
                   ranges (dd>31,
                   hh>24, mm>59).
