  Name:     getvolume() - get the volume label of specified disk
  Usage:    <string> = getvolume([<drive>])
  Params:   string <drive> - drive letter to check, optional - if
            none, then the default is the currently logged drive
  Returns:  string equal to the volume label of <drive>
