  Name:     m_speed() - set threshold to double mouse cursor speed
  Usage:    m_speed(<speed>)
  Params:   integer <speed> - speed at which to double cursor speed.
  Returns:  nothing

                 m_speed(80)

  Note:     This will cause the mouse to double it's speed when it reaches
            80 mickeys per second. The default speed is 64 mickeys per
            second. Once you set a doubling speed, it always remains in
            effect. To disable the doubling, set the speed to a number that
            cannot possibly be attained (like 30000).
