  Name:     m_mickeys() - set the maximum and minimum mickey count
  Usage:    m_mickeys(<horiz>,<vert>)
  Params:   integer <horiz> - horizontal mickey count
            integer <vert>  - vertical mickey count
  Returns:  nothing

                 m_mickeys(4,8)

  Note:     The mickey count controls the horiz and vert ratio of how far
            the mouse has to move on the desk as compared to how far
            the cursor moves on screen. On default the mouse moves at 8
            mickeys to 8 pixels for horizontal movement and 16 mickeys
            to 8 pixels for vertical movement.
