SET_XDEC()
   Sets the decimal precision of the X scale labels.

   Syntax
         nDecimals = SET_XDEC([nDecimals])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nDecimals   Sets decimal precision of the X axis.

   Returns
         nDecimals   Returns decimal precision of the X axis.

   Description
         SET_XDEC() sets the precision of the X axis numeric values. FLIPPER
         automatically calculates this value, but we allow you to change it.
