SET_XSIZE()
   Sets the character width and decimal precision for the X label.

   Syntax
         nWidth = SET_XSIZE([nWidth])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nWidth      Sets the total character width.

   Returns
         nWidth      Returns the current total character width.

   Description
         SET_XSIZE() sets the numeric width for the X label.
