PIE_ROTATE()                                                       T_EXAM15
   Rotates the pie in a clockwise direction.

   Syntax
         nRotation = PIE_ROTATE([nRotation])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nRotation   Sets the amount of rotation.

   Returns
         nRotation   Returns the current label distance.

   Description
         PIE_ROTATE() rotates the pie in a clockwise direction. The purpose is
         to emphasize one slice, or place another chart next to that exploded
         slice to further break down information within that slice.
