   Sets the pixel distance between the edge of the pie slice and the label.

   Syntax
         nPixels = PIE_LABEL([nPixels])

   Arguments
         OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
         nPixels     Sets the pixel distance from the edge of the pie slice
                     for the labels.

   Returns
         nPixels     Returns the current label distance.

   Description
         PIE_LABEL() allows you to set the pixel distance from the edge of
         the pie slice that the labels will be written (default is 10).
