GET cycle handler in dBsee 4 generated application

Syntax:

     tbGet( <oTbr>, [<bDCC>], [<cState>],
                [<lCheckEsc>] ) --> lSave

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     Object to handle the GET on
     <bDCC>     Data Consistency Check. If the code block evaluation
     returns .F., the data is not valid. Default {||.T.}
     <cState>   Data entry state. Default DE_STATE_MOD
     <lCheckEsc> Check esc key. DEFAULT .T.

Returns:

     <lSave> If .T., data is consistent and has been saved. Otherwise the
     edit has been aborted.

Description:

     This function handles Data entry on the controls that have been
     attached to the form object. The code block <bDCC> verifies that data
     is consistent. If this block yields .F., the data entry remains in
     GET, and the operator must correct any incorrect data.
