tbGetGoto()
Defines the position of next get control
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     tbGetGoto( <oTbr>, <cId> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object.
     <cId>      Control ID.

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Defines the position of next get control

Example:

     ? tbGetGoto( oTbr, "lsb0001" )  // Control position
