tbBrwNew()
Creates a new tBrowse object

Syntax:

     tbBrwNew( <nTop>, <nLeft>, <nBottom>, <nRight>,;
                 [<nObjType>], [<cColorLabel>] ) --> oTbr

Parameters:

     <nTop>, <nLeft>, <nBottom>, <nRight> object coordinates
     <nObjType> object type for direct initialization. The default is
     W_OBJ_BRW.

Description:

     Creates a dBsee tBrowse object. This object will be manipulated by
     dBsee functions for objecct manipulation.
