ddSemLock()
Activates the SEMAPHORE in the DBDD record with EOF
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     ddSemLock() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Activates the SEMAPHORE on the record that is at EOF of the DBDD. The
     semaphore locking, is removed from the function only if the LOCK is
     completed on the EOF record

Example:

     ddSemLock()

     ddSemUnlock()
