ddSemIsLock()
Verifies the SEMAPHORE on the record of DBDD that is at EOF

Syntax:

     ddSemIsLock() --> lLock

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <lLock> If .T. the semaphore the record is at EOF of the active dbdd

Description:

     erifies the SEMAPHORE on the record of DBDD that is at EOF

Example:

     IF!ddSemIsLock()
          ddSemLock()
