dfSetFileAtr()
Set the file attrib

Syntax:

     dfSetFileAtr( <cFile>, <cAtr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cFile>    File to modify
     <cAtr>     New attrib

     |    H    |Hidden   |
     |    S    |System   |
     |    R    |Read Only|

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Set the file attrib

Example:
