dfGetFileAtr()
Get the file attrib

Syntax:

     dfGetFileAtr( <cFile> ) --> <cAtr>

Parameters:

     <cFile>    File to modify

Returns:

     <cAtr>     New attrib

Description:

     Get the file attrib
