dfInitPath()
Returns the path to the application INI file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfInitPath( [<cNewPath>] ) --> cPath

Parameters:

     <cNewPath> New ini path

Returns:

     <cPath>   Path where the application's INI is located

Description:

     This function returns the path to the application's INI file.

Example:

     LOCAL cPath := dfInitPath()
