dfInitName()
Returns the name of the application INI file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfInitName() --> cName

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <cName>   Name of the application's INI file

Description:

     This function returns the name of the application's INI file

Example:

     LOCAL cPath := dfInitName()
