dfIsIni()
Verifies if the configuration file has been opened

Syntax:

     dfIsIni() --> lOpen

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <lOpen> Is .T. if the INI file is open

Description:

     Verifies if the configuration file has been correctly opened.

Example:

     dfIniOpen()  // Open configuration file
     IF dfIsIni() // if the configuration file is open
        WHILE !dfFEof()     // While noy EOF()
           ? dfFRead()      // read the line
           dfFSkip()        // next line
        END
        dfIniClose()     // Close the ini
     ENDIF
