Function to unpack the time

Syntax:

     dfTimeUnPack( <cPackTime> ) --> cTime

Parameters:

     <cPackTime> Packed time

Returns:

     <cTime>     Unpacked time

Description:

     Function to unpack the time

Example:

     LOCAL cTime     := TIME()
     LOCAL dDate     := DATE()
     LOCAL cTimePack := dfTimePack(cTime)
     LOCAL cDatePack := dfDatePack(dDate)
     
     CLS
     
     ? cTime, cTimePack, dfTimeUnPack(cTimePack)
