dfDatePack()
Function to compact dates
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfDatePack(<dDate>) --> cPackData

Parameters:

     <dDate>    Date to compact

Returns:

     <cPackData> Compacted Date

Description:

     Permits to reduce the occupancy (usage)  of a date field  from 8 to 4
     characters

Example:

     LOCAL cTime:= TIME()
     LOCAL dDate:= DATES()
     LOCAL cTimePack:= dfTimePack(cTime)
     LOCAL cDatePack:= dfDatePack(dDate)
     
     CLS
     
     ? cTime, cTimePack, dfTimeUnPack(cTimePack)
     ? dDate, cDatePack, dfDateUnPack(cDatePack)
