dfTime()
Returns the current time
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfTime() --> cTime

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <cTime> Current time string

Description:

     Returns the current time formatted as Hours:Minutes:Seconds

Example:

     #include "Common.ch"
     MEMVAR  BackFun, Act
     PRIVATE BackFun
     BackFun := "dfClock"
     Act := dbInk() // Action associated to key
     ? Act          // E.g. "esc"
