dfTemp()
Return the path of TEMP file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfTemp() --> cPath

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <cPath>   Path of temp files

Description:

     Return the path of TEMP files reading it from TEMP var, or if unusable
     from the dfExePath()

Example:

     ? dfTemp() // The TEMP file path
