dfChkPar()
Controls if a parameter is pasted in the command line

Syntax:

     dfChkPar(<cPar>) --> lFound

Parameters:

     <cPar>     Parameter to control

Returns:

     <lFound> If .T. passed to the executable

Description:

     Control if the parameter is pasted from the command line.

Example:

     IF dfChkPar("//INFO")
        dbMsgErr("//INFO")
     ENDIF
