dfArgC()
Returns the number of parameters passed to CLIPPER
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfArgC() --> nArg

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <nArg> Number of arguements passed to the CLIPPER application

Description:

     Permits to know how many parameters remaine to be passed to the
     CLIPPER application, also allowing to intercept the true number
     parameters pasted

Example:

     LOCAL nPar
     FOR nPar:= 0 TO dfArgC()
        IF UPPER(dfArgV(nPar) ) =="// INFO"
           ??  "Program realized from."
        ENDIF
     NEXT
