dfBufferIns()
Puts a value into the clipboard of the application
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfBufferIns(<cValue) ) --> NONE

Parameters:

     <cValue)  Value to put

Returns:

     NONE

Description:

     Puts a value into the clipboard of the application
     
     NB If possible uses the Windows clipboard

Example:

     dfBufferIns( "value")
     ? dfBufferGet()
