dfBufferGet()
Gets a value from the clipboard of the application
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfBufferGet() --><cValue>

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <cValue)  Value to take

Description:

     Gets a value from the clipboard of the application
     
     NB If possible uses the Windows clipboard

Example:

     dfBufferIns( "value")
     ? dfBufferGet()
