dfPopCursor()
Restores the values saved by dfPushCursor
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfPopCursor() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Restores the last situation saved by dbPushCursor() in the stack

Example:

     dfPushCursor()  // Save cursor/SETCOLOR
     // ...
     dfPopCursor()   // Restore cursor/SETCOLOR
