dfPopAct()
Restores ACT, SA and A as previously saved
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfPopAct() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Restores ACT, SA and A to the values saved by dbPushAct().

Example:

     dfPushAct()    // Saves ACT, SA and A
     // ...
     dbInk()
     // ...
     dfPopAct()     // Restores them
