dfPushCursor()
Saves the current cursor position and color
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfPushCursor() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Saves the current cursor position and color in an internal stack.

Example:

     dfPushCursor()  // Save cursor/SETCOLOR
     // ...
     dfPopCursor()   // Restore cursor/SETCOLOR
