dfIsVesa()
Checks installation of driver VESA VGA
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIsVesa() --> lVesa

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <lVesa> Shows if is installed a driver VESA

Description:

     Allows to know if is installed a driver VESA

Example:

     IF dfIsVesa()
        ? "For to use this program you must"
        ? "instal a driver VESA"
        QUIT
     ENDIF
