dfIsInMemo()
Function to support the memo
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIsInMemo() --> lRet

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <lRet> If .T. modification of the Memo occurs

Description:

     Allows to know, if during the edit phase of a memo associate to the
     function dfMemo or in consultation phase.

Example:

     // The function dfIsInMemo can be used
     // in condition with the RUN-TIME keys assignments
     // of the memo
