EmptyClipboard()
Empty the clipboard and become its owner

Syntax
EmptyClipboard()   -->   lSuccess

Arguments
None.

Returns
If successful, a logical TRUE (.T.) is returned, otherwise
FALSE (.F.) is returned.

Description
This function empties the Windows clipboard, and sets the
owner to the window that currently has the clipboard open.

Example
if OpenClipboard( hWnd )
     EmptyClipboard()
     SetClipbData( CF_TEXT, "Some textual data or other" )
     CloseClipboard()
else
     MessageBox( , "Clipboard not available", "Info", MB_OK )
