Release ownership of the clipboard

Syntax
CloseClipboard()   -->   lSuccess

Arguments
None.

Returns
If successful, a logical TRUE (.T.) is returned, otherwise
FALSE (.F.) is returned.

Description
This function closes the Windows clipboard, and allows other
applications to access it.

Example
if OpenClipboard( hWnd )
     EmptyClipboard()
     SetClipbData( CF_TEXT, "Some textual data or other" )
     CloseClipboard()
else
     MessageBox( , "Clipboard not available", "Info", MB_OK )
