load_macro ({filename})
Usage: Load a macro file.
Parameters: Filename .string. contains the name of the macro file to
load. If no extension is specified, .cm is assumed. If a
path or drive is specified in filename, then the BPATH is
not searched.
Returns: Greater than 0 for success, 0 for failure.
