delete_macro ({file_name})

     Usage: Delete a macro file from memory. NOTE: Key assignments to
            those macros and global variables are NOT deleted.

Parameters: File_name .string. contains the name of the macro file
            to be deleted from memory. If no extension is given,
            .cm is assumed. BPATH is not checked for the location of
            the file, so use the full path name.

   Returns: Nothing
