ERROR: Unable to correctly rename file(s).

In order to anticipate input and output files with identical names and avoid
making backup copies, the compacted file is generated with the file
extensions of .EQE (for the root) and .OVE (for the overlay if present).
Upon successful completion, the names of the files are adjusted to rename
the compacted files (.EXE and .OVE) and the original files (.EXK and .OVK)
by using a temporary name of SVD{D$$$}.$$$. If a DOS error occurs during
the renaming process, files may be left in an indeterminate state. The
temporary file will be transiently located in the current directory.
