ERROR: Unable to open overlay file.

 SP.EXE could not locate or open the overlay file name within the WarpLink
 OVLMGR data segment.  Although the embedded overlay name does not contain
 path information, SP.EXE will use the path provided for the source file.  
 You should make sure that the appropriate overlay file is available in the 
 same  directory as the source file.
