 &F - fetch factory configuration

 &F      Resets all parameters to their original factory settings.  &F
         followed by &W can cure problems caused by writing strange
         default settings into the modem's NOVRAM.

 A small delay may be necessary after sending this command.

 Example:

     SendModem(nPort, "AT&F" + chr(13))
     tp_delay(1)
     SendModem(nPort, "AT&W" + chr(13))
     tp_delay(1)
