  How can I tell how many records are within an index SCOPE?:

  The Sx_KeyNo() and Sx_KeyCount() functions respect a SCOPE condition.  So,
  to find out how many records are within a SCOPE, just call Sx_KeyCount().
  To find out the record pointer's relative position within the SCOPE, just
  call Sx_KeyNo().
