Syntax: int PXRecUpdate(TABLEHANDLE tblHandle, RECORDHANDLE recHandle)

Args: tblHandle - table (file) handle
      recHandle - record buffer handle

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Copies the contents of the record buffer to the current record in
          the table,  overwriting the current contents.  If the key has been
          modified,  the action is the same as doing a delete and then an
          insert.
