Syntax: int PXRecInsert(TABLEHANDLE tblHandle, RECORDHANDLE recHandle)

Args: tblHandle - table (file) handle
      recHandle - record buffer handle

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Inserts the contents of the record buffer into the table.  If
   the table is indexed the record is inserted in index order. If not, it
   is inserted just before the current record.

   Private blobs are made public and public blobs are are made blank.
