Syntax: int PXRecLast(TABLEHANDLE tblHandle)

Args: tblHandle - table (file) handle

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Moves the current record handle to that of the last record in the
   table. Last is interpreted in relation to the index order.

   Public blobs associated with the record are cleared,  even if the cursor
   does not actually move.
