Syntax: int PXRecBufEmpty(RECORDHANDLE recHandle)

Args: recHandle - record buffer handle

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Sets all fields in record buffer to blank values.  Blobs
   associated with the record will also be cleared.  Note,  however,
   that all blobs must be closed before calling PXRecBufEmpty or the
   function will fail.
